OPTIONS in Therapy LLC is a Physical Therapy practice based out of Abbot, ME. We use alternative and traditional therapy techniques. Physical Therapy occurs in the client's location. The therapist has experience treating infants through elders. You will always see the same therapist.
Some of the symptoms that we treat include chronic pain, headaches, TMJ, and back pain, in addition to physical injuries, nervous system dysfunction, infant and childhood disorders, PTSD.
One technique we use is CranioSacral therapy (CST). CST is a light touch, hands-on method to evaluate the whole body and treat restrictions that can affect any system including muscles, joints, nerves, and energy level. CST can strengthen your resistance to disease, eliminate pain, and enhance your health and well-being by facilitating the body's ability to self heal.
We also
use other manual therapies Including Visceral Manipulation, Strain Counterstrain, Myofascial Release, and Muscle Energy Technique.
Susan Garrettson MS PT, has 40+ years experience as a Physical Therapist and has practiced in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation, home health, and schools.
