OPTIONS in Therapy LLC is a Physical Therapy practice located in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. We use alternative and traditional therapy techniques. Each therapist can treat infants through elders, with an individualized, personal approach. You will see the same therapist each time you come.
Some of the symptoms that we treat include chronic pain, headaches, TMJ, and back pain, in addition to physical injuries, nervous system dysfunction, infant and childhood disorders, PTSD.
One technique we use is CranioSacral therapy (CST). CST is a light touch, hands-on method to evaluate the whole body and treat restrictions that can affect any system including muscles, joints, nerves, and energy level. CST can strengthen your resistance to disease, eliminate pain, and enhance your health and well-being by facilitating the body's ability to self heal.
We also
use other manual therapies Including Visceral Manipulation, Strain Counterstrain, Myofascial Release, and Muscle Energy Technique.
Susan Garrettson MS PT, has 36 plus years experience in her respective field and has practiced in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation, home health, and schools.
